Great Conversations
“I’d love to go out and meet more people, make new friends. But where do I find people like me? How do I connect with them? What do I say to them?”
You’re sociable, friendly and you think independently. You thoroughly enjoy being a part of a stimulating, entertaining conversation on an equal basis with like-minded people. Curious to learn more about others, life in general…
Welcome to Great Conversations
Great Conversations evenings are for people who enjoy meeting interesting new people from diverse backgrounds and careers. People who want to make new friends and widen their circles of acquaintance in an uplifting social environment. Positive people who enjoy thought-provoking topics, superb restaurants, and having a good time!
Next Topic: Things About Finances We REALLY Need to Know - Now!
Our Conversation Leader for the evening, Geraldine Bunting, is always amazed when she looks back on articles she’s written as far back as 1996, how some things just never change. The need to have control over our financial affairs is imperative if we are to weather the storms of life.
It is so easy to be caught short, and too often in her life as a financial planner, Geraldine has seen the consequences of incorrect planning within in our day to day lives. She has many stories to share with us to make us aware that every little thing counts when we’re planning, and if we are not sure of the implications of our decisions, small mistakes can have disastrous consequences.
Having to focus on our career or business as well as our families entails being on top of everything! A review of your financial affairs is important to ensure that this is indeed the case.
Geraldine enlightens us with inspiring financial tips that help us now, useful in the context of the current downturn in the economy. She also brings up some thought-provoking important points to take into consideration going into the future, especially where estate planning is concerned. Many of her points are small things that make a big difference – and we’re better off being aware of these before its too late!
